Just thought I'd apologise for not doing things the way you all do. sorry.
anyway, I hope you can all join this poll and say what you think.
I think the new US Champs Belt is cooler than the old one. Do you agree?
Imagine you are the US Champion. You already have all the credit in the world as John Cena does. Would you rather wear the old belt, which was cool, or the new one, with the turntable and diamonds and everything?!

I like the old US title because it actually looks like a title. Beside, it doesn't really matter what it looks like anyways, cause when :afro: comes back. He's gonna win it back anyways.

I agree the new one is a lot better, it's something differnt which makes the title stand out, it's much better than the old one which looked to cheesy to be taken as serious as the IC title.

I prefer the original belt. The new one is just far too "bling" for my liking. It suits Cena because Cena's got a dumb gimmick... and now he has the belt to match!
No doubt they'll revert back to the old one when Cena loses it.

Yea, i think that this belt suits Cena and his gimmic...
However, i dont think it will revert back, as Carlito will say its cool, which will work with his gimmic as well...

It fits Cena and his gimmick. Like the Million Dollar Man's belt, and Smoking Skull fit Stone Cold.
Personally I think it looks cool.

I agree with that 100%. The whole spinner thing matches Cena's goofy rapper style, but it is not something that a fan should take seriously as a title belt. I don't think that they will go back to the other title because with all the paint, it didn't really look much like a true title belt either. I think they will just make a new permanent belt. Something a little more classy and tasteful.

I think a gimmick version of the belt takes away from the legitimacy of the US title. I guess this is vince's latest wacky idea for drawing in a younger audience.

well like Tazz said on SD.. it's cena's version of the us title.. so like the smoking skull fit scsa and it was his title, same for million dollar title was meant for debiase(?) like others have said.. and like it was reported a few months ago.. once cena got the title back he was gonna come out with his own us title that fit him.. so now that has finally taken place.
if anyone finds a large enough pic of it.. please post it here.. i'd love to cut it fr a psd..

I don't think the WWE are going to let him lose it for a while, if may be so biased.
He's one of the most popular people in the entire roster of WWE (well, those who like the faces anyway).
It would be shame for somone like Kenzo Suzuki to take the US title, for the main reason that he isn't American. He'd probably think about doing something really stupid and turn it into the US/Japan title.
Can you imagine a Japanese flag spining alongside a US flag on that turntable? Good for international politcal relations, but a disaster to the sheer value the US title has.
Cena should not lose on Jan. 27th (I think thats the next SmackDown!.) to Kenzo.

The main reason is he is crap, second is he is not Amercain.
The turntable is supposedly just Cenas version, so if anyone else wins it, it will revert back to the old one...
i like the belt, but i really like the last version before the chain gang version, with the cool US flag. Cena really isnt "gangsta", but that chain gang gimmick i like, especially when he holds up fans signs...that makes him look really good. I like john cena.
