I had 17 points and than I deposited them. Than I withdrew them or something, and than they mighta been gone? I am really not sure what is going on with it...can someone explain the banking process and how you properly use your points?

The bank and shop are working fine. The bank is used to earn interest on any points you have. Points can be used to purchase effects for your account in the shop and seperately an arcade pass to use the arcade games.
