Agreed, and same with Eddie Guerrero. Its pretty close between those two.

Eddies the best their followed by Dean Malenko.
But for the actual cruiserweight it would have to be Rey Mysterio or Chavo.

Eddie was a WCW Cruiserweight Champ and a Welterweight champ in AAA,
I think in there primes Dean Melenko and Jushin Liger are the top two there, followed by Ultimo who infact invented half the moves cruiser use today.
While Misterio is Los Spot Machine. Kidmen is craptastic, and Owen was never a real cruiser.
