How do you become a moderater?

I want to know how you become a moderater because it sounds like a great thing to be so could someone enlighten me on the subject?

It's not Easy round here! You have to have been around a while, get on with other people, mostly.... have proved you can make decent Posts (Both intelctually and with decent Grammer etc!), and for there to be a space on the team.
Being in charge of the Staff...not that you'd know it the cheek I get lol....I will let people know if they are up for a Mod spot, but the guys doing it now have all been around for a while and know what they are doing to a tee. Mind you we've a few unoficial Mods as well lol! Nine times out of ten they probably don't need to do much moderating, just steering people in the right direction!

Soooo Basically if your hoping to be a mod one day, way way in the future, first you have to prove yourself, hope that one of the guys steps down, and then, only then mind, can you get in the Queue behind Gair! ;-)
