I still can't get my sig to center. (I'm pathetic, I know)

For some reason my signature still won't stay centered. When I post it in the thread itself it shows up centered, and the sig will show up centered. Here is the code for the sig I am using. Could someone smarter than me tell me what is wrong with it. For some reason when I post the code in the post it shows up right. But the sig itself is wrong...I am not sure how to show you guys the code without the picture showing, but here is the proof it is right in the posts.
