That banner doesn't really appeal to me, the cutting is bad, the positioning is terrible and there isn't really a clear background.

May I ask what programme you're using? I advise Adobe Photoshop, I'm sure Juggernaut would be happy to help!

The cuts, if you can call them cuts, look horrible. Maybe you should go do lots of tutorials before you even come back. I am really hoping that isn't Adobe Photoshop cause you must really be bad with the program to do that.

Search google for tutorials, lots of tutorials.

Its photoshop 20, not adobe. As for the background, it was one I found on the internet while I was looking for one for my own banner.
