It's pretty good, 'cept I don't like the flame bg. The pic on the right looks like Arsenio Hall (Just something I noticed.) But anyways, I like it, it gets a 6.5/10

The fire bg don’t fit with booker. Go with a darker bg, dark blues or a faded black grey. And the action shot is the focal point not the cut of booker himself. That takes away from the over all banner.. the font is cool but sorta hard to read. Try a thicker stroke around it nest time..
