Last week on PrimeTime, the wrestling world stopped and looked on for a moment as we witnessed a horrific attempt to run over former WcE World Heavyweight champion, Antonio DeMarco. Though it can be said that DeMarco is a much-hated man, surely no man deserves to be treated in this dastardly and evil manner. Nobody however can be punished for the crime because it was commited anonymously and nobody knows who was driving the vechile that so brutally knocked DeMarco down. However, it is easy to sort out a list of suspects, and w shall run through some of the prime suspects in an attempt to find out who really attempted to get rid of Antonio DeMarco once and for all?
Adam Belmont
A man quite obviously high on the list as it would make his path to the title a whole lot easier, eliminating DeMarco before the Triple Threat Title match even begins. Add to that, a history where Belmont was aligned with DeMarco and eventually turned his back on the Italian Stallion and we have a prime suspect. A revenge attack or just a way of making his life and path to destiny easier?
Edward Freeze
Another man that would be making his life easier without Antonio in the main event, and there is no doubt that this man is sadistic enough to do such a thing as run another human being down. He cannot account for where he was at the time of the attack, so is this the key to solving the crime, is this the hesitant behaviour of a man who attempted to murder?
Jamie Noxx
An seemingly eternal rivalry between the pair places Jamie Noxx very high in the list of suspects, especially since DeMarco's advancement in the tournament was over him. Maybe Noxx felt that DeMarco didn't deserve the main event spot and wanted him out, Maybe Noxx has just grown fed up, maybe Noxx cracked. Jamie Noxx is definately under investigation over this matter, because more than anybody else on the WcE roster, he would want to rid the company of Antonio. Is Noxx the innocent party or a suspect using his feud with Xtreme as a sheet to cover the bitter reality?
Rocky Stevens
Another long time rival to DeMarco, former Titans General Manager and father to Dave Stevens, who was hospitalised and remains there at the hands of Antonio. Their rivalry stems back a long way to the early days of Noxx's then fledgling group 'The Elite', and extends to the short period where Stevens and DeMarco were rival General Managers. Now, at present with a son in hospital due to that brutal Lights Out pile driver, Rocky is a man with unfinished business on his hands, but is there stains of blood on those same hands?
Crak Cokain
A recent return and maybe a way of getting himself elevated directly back to the top. Ever since the Draft Lottery, Crak hasn't appreciated DeMarco, and this anger towards him further intensified when the two met up again at the Hall Of Fame ceremony. However, with only two minor incidents in their storied pasts, would Crak Cokain commit an act like this against DeMarco? I certainly wouldn't rule him out.
