Already working full-time at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, as well as for Byte This, it is believed that WWE is allowing Tommy Dreamer's in-ring contract to expire. The terms of the deal cease to be binding in a few weeks.

At this point, it is not expected that WWE will release Dreamer. Rather, he will continue performing his current roles and possibly be used in a way similar to Al Snow (aside from his commentary duties), where he can work a match or angle as needed, but still make money taking indy bookings.

I expect to have more details on this as the week progresses


Breaking News: WWE Fires Chavo Classic

-- Chavo Classic (aka Chavo Guerrero Sr.) was fired by WWE this afternoon, after no-showing two house shows in consecutive days.

-- The straw that broke the camel’s back was no showing last night’s show in Springfield, IL, but there was a big chance that he would’ve been gone by this Sunday anyway.

-- Classic, who is currently the Cruiserweight champion, was originally written into tonight’s Smackdown! tapings, but those plans will obviously now have changed.

Hulk Hogan mentioned that he is thinking about returning to wrestling, but at this point is more focused on the career of his daughter Brooke.He also mentioned that he does not allow his daughter to date.

WWE Expects Lesnar To Return:
WWE officials fully expect Brock Lesnar to return to World Wrestling Entertainment once his NFL situation plays out.
