Entrant #1: Jimmy Tuno
Entrant #2: Orion

Orion went straight in on Tuno with some vicious clubs to the back of the rookie before slamming him down to the mat and jumping off the second turnbuckle with a fist drop. Orion then began to choke Jimmy, performing some push-ups at the same time in a very ****y manner. The former WcE Elite member tried to eliminate Jimmy then and there, but Tuno was able to stay on the apron and climb up-top, knocking Orion to the mat with a flying hurricanrana. Orion staggered to his feet and straight into a dropsault. Tuno then tried to push him over the top rope, eventually failing due to an eye-poke from the more experienced competitor as the counter began to count down from fifteen. It reached zero and the crowd got to their feet as the third entrant appeared.

Entrant #3: Antonio DeMarco

DeMarco received a massive reception from his European fans as he confidently made his way down to the ring, swallowing some water and tossing the bottle aside en-route. He slid into the ring with a focused mind set, which was shown clearly by his facial expression. He immediately hit an oncoming Tuno with a devastating spinebuster. Orion tried to attack the former World Heavyweight champion from behind, but he had no luck as he was rocked with Antonio hitting facebuster to his so-called ally, proving that the Rumble wasn't a team event. By now, Tuno had got to his feet and charged again, only to be backdropped onto the apron. The rookie was able to connect with a kick to DeMarco, but Antonio strategically moved when Orion lunged at him. Orion succeeded in knocking Tuno to the floor but was promptly tossed over the top rope by Antonio DeMarco.

Elimination #1: Jimmy Tuno by Orion

Elimination #2: Orion by Antonio DeMarco

Antonio took some time to recuperate, although he didn't really need it considering he was fresh. The countdown from fifteen was soon back on the screen as he eagerly awaited the next entrant. DeMarco had a perplexed look on his face as the next entrant was revealed.

Entrant #4: Jake Smirnoff

The plucky tag-team competitor, not accompanied as he usually is by his partner was the next entry. He entered the ring but was immediately put on his back by DeMarco in the way of a devastating spinebuster, just like moments earlier when Tuno had felt the same move. DeMarco then took Smirnoff down with a vicious big boot. A chain of moves followed as Smirnoff fought back, taking down DeMarco with a german suplex, but as always DeMarco fought back, connecting with open-handed chops on the chest off Smirnoff before he back dropped him over the top rope and to the floor!

Elimination #3: Jake Smirnoff by Antonio DeMarco

Having only just eliminated the fourth entrant, the countdown began for the fifth person to enter the match. Antonio stood alone in the centre of the ring, eyes fixed on the ramp waiting to see who emerged.

Entrant #5: Ace Johnson

Ace quickly made his way to the ring and exchanged a look with DeMarco. Antonio was standing, his eyes totally focused on Johnson, slowly walking across the ring towards him. Antonio stood his ground, though and took down Ace with a charging spear into the corner as soon as he entered the ring. Johnson, however connected with right hands and he was quickly dominating DeMarco. It took a cheap shot at Ace for DeMarco to re-establish control. He pounded on Ace but had a suplex attempt reversed as Johnson delivered one of his own. Ace remained behind his fellow veteran and wrapped him up in a sleeper hold. DeMarco tried to fight it but Ace pressured him to his knees. As the countdown began once more, Ace delivered a his trademarked Ace Card that put DeMarco down and seemingly out. It was then time for the next entrant.

Entrant #6: Ryan Teal

Another dominant newcomer entered at number six as The Real Deal marched to the squared circle. Teal showed his strength and his ruthlessness as he shoved Ace into the corner with a shoulder thrust and then further backed Johnson up with some hard right hands. The youngster dominated as he cleaned house Ace, knocking him away with punches before slamming Ace to the mat with a powerful suplex. Ryan then applied a vicious armbar on DeMarco, but Ace evnetually stopped him with a stomp to the back of his head. Teal once more set his sights on DeMarco who had clambered back up and charged, but the veteran ducked and pulled the top rope down as Teal toppled over the top rope but managed to stay on the apron. Ryan traded blows with DeMarco as the next entrant made his way down the ramp, with Ace still down on the mat.

Entrant #7: Chris Almighty

Chris Almighty stormed to the ring and went after Ryan Teal. He connected with some strong punches and then hooked up a massive belly-to-back suplex, but Ace nailed Almighty with a massive boot to the face. DeMarco then intercepted Teal, picking him up and driving him into the turnbuckles. He then sat Ryan on top and looked for a superplex, but Ace came from behind and gave DeMarco a low blow. Antonio fell to the canvas as Ace went for the superplex on Teal. Teal however showed experience beyond his years as he countered, punching Johnson repeatedly though the veteran wouldn't fall. Almighty now was back up and he grabbed Johnson and knocked him off of the turnbuckles to the canvas, before tossing him over the ropes and all the way to the floor outside!

Elimination #4: Ace Johnson by Chris Almighty

DeMarco then got back in on the action, assaulting Teal and Almighty from behind, but Teal connected with a modified side slam before allowing Almighty to nail the Italian with a backbreaker. Before they knew it, the counter had begun and the next entrant emerged from the back.

Entrant #8: Nathan Blade

As the new Xtreme champion entered the ring, he found himslef immediately beaten down by Ryan Teal, most likely in anger at the evnts that had earlier transpired. DeMarco had a big grin on his face as he taunted Almighty, but Teal then came up behind Antonio and tossed him out onto the apron, before returning to work on Blade. The new Interconinental champion was able to hold onto the bottom rope and slid back into the ring, as Chris Almighty tried to build some offense only to be cut short by Antonio who slammed him to the mat with a pumphandle slam. Teal, continuing to dominate Blade had now got hold of the Canadian, lifted him in the air nailing an atomic drop, before hitting him with the Goodnight Kiss! With it being all-action in the ring, none of the competitors appeared to notice as the ninth entrant walked out onto the ramp.

Entrant #9: Seamus O'Grady

Seamus came straight in, mentally focused and ready for the gruelling match. He stepped straight over the top rope and went after the first person that came near him, easily tossing Chris Almighty straight over the top rope having caught his attempted super-kick.

Elimination #5: Chris Almighty by Seamus O'Grady

DeMarco was up to his feet having seen O'Grady easily dispose of Almighty and he traded blows with the big man, somehow getting the better of him. Antonio powered Seamus to the mat with a huge running powerslam, but was then attacked by Ryan Teal. The rookie managed to suplex DeMarco onto the apron. Antonio tried to punch his way back into the ring, and narrowly avoided being sent flying to the floor by a powerful clothesline attempt, before scrambling back through the middle rope and at Teal. Teal had returned to work on the still groggy Nathan Blade, who he now had propped against the ropes preparing to eliminate him. DeMarco charged arm out-stretched towards the Real Deal who ducked and Nathan Blade found himself almost eliminated by his mentor. With the pair on the ropes together now, Teal and O'Grady, who had recovered formed a temporary alliance, assaulting the pair before dropping them to the canvas with simultaneous vertical suplexes. The counter had began during this process and as they looked at each other, the tenth entrant emerged.

Entrant #10: Johnny Bullet

Johnny Bullet was the next participant. He walked to the ring with a microphone and began to talk about how he was going to teach everyone in the ring a lesson, somewhat ****ily. This proved to be a very, very bad idea. As soon as Bullet slid into the ring he was double-teamed by Seamus and Ryan, who quickly beat the tag team wrestler down and mercilessly threw him over the top rope and out of the match.

Elimination #6: Johnny Bullet by Seamus O'Grady and Ryan Teal

With another entrant taken care of, the pair returned their attentions to Nathan Blade and Antonio DeMarco, who were still struggling to get back to standing bases. Teal and O'Grady saw their struggle as a perfect oppurtunity to continue their double-team work, with Teal picking up Blade and power-slamming him to the mat before O'Grady lifted DeMarco and did much the same, on top of Blade though. The Canadian writhed about in pain, but the slam seemed not to have affected his Italian mentor, who had oviously seen his fall cushioned by his colleague. DeMarco bounced back to his feet and hit Seamus, before twisting and doing the same to Teal, hammering away with several blows before ebing shoved to the ground by both men. The counter had began its' descent at this stage and once more Teal and O'Grady turned their attention away from DeMarco and Blade.

Entrant #11: Paul Timmons

The whole arena appeared in shock as Timmons walked out, yelling at Antonio DeMarco on the microphone he was carrying. O'Grady and Teal looked down at DeMarco and Blade, before glancing back at Timmons who by now was climbing the ring steps in his suit. With the attention diverted, they left themselves open to attack, and were both hit by simultaneous low blows by Blade and DeMarco. With Timmons now in the ring as an official entrant, DeMarco went straight after him, backing the boss against the ropes and seemingly attempting to choke him. With Timmons precariously leaned across the top rope, Nathan Blade saw the advantage to claim a scalp on behalf of his mentor and attempting to tip Timmons over the top rope. Although successful in tipping the boss over the ropes, Blade also left Antonio open to elimination with the Italian dangling precariously alongside Timmons on the wrong side of the ropes. Little did Blade realise that as he speared Timmons, the boss had grabbed hold of DeMarco and used the momentum to eliminate the Intercontinental champion.

Elimination #7: Paul Timmons by Nathan Blade
Elimination #8: Antonio DeMarco by Paul Timmons

With DeMarco gone, Blade was left to fend for himself and turned from his angered mentor on the floor to look straight towards a double clothesline directed his way by Teal and O'Grady. They powered him over the top rope, but he landed on top of DeMarco with his feet hitting the ring steps hard. The referees on the outside ruled that his feet had not yet touched the floor, and with DeMarco's help, he managed to get back in the ring, still having not let both his feet touch the floor. As Teal and O'Grady argued with the referee and Blade nursed his feet, the twelfth entrant entered, passing by the still fuming DeMarco on their way to the ring.

Entrant #12: Jack N. Coke

Rolling into the ring, Coke found himself on the wrong end of Ryan Teal's anger and was promptly hit with the Goodnight Kiss, before being tossed straight back out of the ring.

Elimination #9: Jack N. Coke by Ryan Teal

Teal then turned back towards the people in the ring and went after O'Grady, for some reason ignoring Blade's vulnerable legs. Teal hammered away with several brutal uppercuts to the big man, but Seamus refused to stay down and eventually got to his feet, shoving Teal towards the ropes, with the Real Deal tripping over the out-stretched legs of Blade. Blade quickly scrambled away, but Seamus followed him as he edged towards the opposite corner to where Teal was now slumped. O'Grady lifted Blade over his head and military-pressed him out of the ring with ease, before turning his attention once more to Ryan Teal.

Elimination #10: Nathan Blade by Seamus O'Grady

This left only Seamus and Ryan Teal in the ring and Seamus seemed to have the win in the bag, with Ryan Teal cornered following the brutal irish whip into the turnbuckle. However, as O'Grady approached Teal scrambled through the big man's legs and as he turned around hit O'Grady with a dropkick right to the knee. A second of these kicks had the former Intercontinetal champion reeling and a third sent him slumping to one knee. At this stage, Teal slid out under the bottom rope and grabbed a steel chair from ringside, climbing back into the ring and slamming it with all his might across Seamus' back, causing the big man's carcas to slump across the top rope. Quickly discarding the chair, Teal played up his seeming victory to the crowd, before walking across and struggling as he attempted to lift Seamus over the rope. Seamus wasn't exactly moving by himself or by Teal's force however, and remained slumped across the top rope. Ryan went up top and attempted a very risky move, dropping down from the top turnbuckle with an axe handle across O'Grady's neck, only just landing on the outer apron himself. Quickly returning to the ring, Teal went for a spear to Seamus' back and that left the big man hanging acorss the top rope. Ryan backed up and ran at him again, but O'Grady moved and Teal went flying through the second rope, slamming the security wall on the outside and opening up a gushing wound on his forehead. The referees on the outside ruled that not all participants had yet been eliminated and the match went on as Teal slowly returned to the ring. O'Grady, having recupreated in the time Ryan had been outside of the ring went straight for a quick elimination of Teal, but this move seemingly backfired when Teal kicked him in the chest, leving Seamus struggling for air somewhat. Both men were now staring across the ring, struggling slumped on the bottom turnbuckles. The match briefly turned into an all-out brawl once both men had recovered some of their strength, spurred by the fans, before Seamus had a second wind and nailed Teal with an exploder suplex, then lifted him so he could hit him with a German suplex before finally as Ryan Teal made a final last gasp stumbling, bloody effort to avoid elimination, slinging him over the top rope by way of a massive belly-to-belly suplex!

Elimination #11: Ryan Teal by Seamus O'Grady

Seamus O'Grady slumped down to the canvas, taking in what he had just done, somewhat consumed by the amazing effort as the camera panned around the arena and left with the image focused on the emotionally and physically drained Spring Rumble 2006 winner, Seamus O'Grady.
OOC - Finally, I got round to finishing and posting this. Apologies for the lack of commentary, but I found writing in this format for a Rumble-type match to be much easier.[/quote:1c1b27c971]

Fun read. Definately enjoyed reading the results...it was a fun weekend surprise. Later today, or maybe tomorrow I'll get some more WcE fun with WNW results I hope. Surprise that made my day just a little more enjoyable.

There was still a few people missing from that show, like Milenko and Jason Styles. They won that match with Seamus to be in it.

But thats cool, no big deal.

Batista Rules.

Yeah it's been long awaited. But at least it's come through!

Well done Seamus!
