(AP) LAKEWOOD, Colo. Reality television's Vincent "Don Vito" Margera, uncle of "Viva La Bam" star Bam Margera, was held without bond Saturday on a charge of sexual assault on a child.

Margera, 50, was arrested Friday night after a skateboarding event at a Lakewood mall. He is accused of two incidents of sexual assault on a child, city spokeswoman Stacie Oulton said. She said the charges involved inappropriate touching.

The MTV show "Viva La Bam" focuses largely on Bam Margera playing practical jokes on his parents and uncle, whose dialogue is often unintelligible.

Vincent Margera came to Colorado to film promotional material for ManiaTV.com, which first reported his arrest. ManiaTV.com founder Drew Massey said Margera had finished his work before the arrest.

Bam Margera, a professional skateboarder, was not with his uncle on the trip.

When things like this happen to big (or semi-big) stars, its really happens to e a misunderstadning. Well it could hapen to anyone.

My idea to what happened: it was at a skateboarding event. People fall down. Maybe she saw an opertunity to get a bunch of money and her name of TV. She falls and is helped up by a guy she has seen on TV. He touched her brest by accodent and she screamed for help.

Untill they give out more information, I don't think its a good idea to assume to much more about what happend....

To be honest, Don Vito always comes across as a perv. He probably thought the girl was old enough and since he is well known, he probably thought it was okay to touch her. Little did he know, his pervy hands had touched a minor. Plus I doubt Don Vito has alot of money.

I loved the old CKY movies like 6 years ago.....then after Jackass came Viva La Staged. Kind of pissed me off on the fact that the whole show was staged. So it doesnt surprise me that Don Vito is a Pederass
