[center:13e402d5a3]A Café in Oklahoma City, the streets filled with people on this busy Saturday. The Café was not out of the ordinary, just like any other Café, red and white checkered table cloths, salt, pepper and vinegar stand on the table and menu's propped against the stands. Eddie Sanchez, in a white t-shirt and blue jeans was sitting with Scott Jones, wearing a white shirt and brown three-quarter-lengths. Eddie Sanchez was eating bacon off his plate of Sausages, Egg and Bacon. He has tea beside him, which he occasionaly takes a gulp of. Scott Jones is staring outside the window onto the streets, daydreaming. Eddie picks up a sausage with his fork.

Eddie -
Sausage?

Scott doesn't move, he is still daydreaming.

Eddie -
Earth to Scott?

Scott -
Huh.... What?

Eddie -
Never mind.. What where you thinking.

Scott starts messing with the salt, diverting his attention.

Scott -
Nothing.

Eddie -
Cmon Scott, I can read you inside out.

Eddie pulls the salt away from Scott's grasp.

Scott -
Oh... Alright then, I was thinking about our match.

Scott raises his eyebrows.

Eddie -
What? The tag team scramble?

Scott -
Yes...

Eddie -
Well what about it?

Scott -
Nothing, I was just thinking about it.

Eddie raises the other eyebrow...

Scott -
Well.. It's probably the most challenging I've been in. I mean c'mon. First theres Chris Almighty and Johnny Bullet, they're both great athletes and then they have Johnny's brother, Jake Bullet. Then there's reVolution, Orion and Nathan Blade, they're very technical and very smart, they even have DeMarco on the outside, which leaves us. Eddie Sanchez and me, both quite big and, no-one on the outside. And The Almighty Bullet and reVolution do whatever thy can to win.

Eddie -
Well they're definitely not saints.

Scott -
Yes so, we are the underdogs here.

Eddie -
Well I like a bit of a challenge.

Scott doesn't look so sure.

Scott -
Well we shouldn't go in there unprepared.

Eddie -
Oh all right, we'll go to the gym later if it makes you feel any better.

*Scene Fades*

Eddie and Scott come out of the changing rooms. Eddie is wearing a white tank top and shorts, Scott is wearing a black shirt and brown shorts. Both take a seat on the bench.

Eddie -
Ok, today I'm going to help you inprove four things about you. Speed, stamina, strength and reflexes.

Reflexes!

Eddie and Scott are standing in the same place.. Scott is standing up now and so is Eddie.

Eddie -
Ok, we're going to carry out the day and I will unsuspectingly surprise you, you have to be quick, lets go.

They walk towards the treadmills, Eddie sticks out a foot and Scott trips to the ground.

Scott -
Oww... What was that for?

Eddie -
Reflexes...

Scott gets up and watches his feet all the way to the treadmills.

Speed!

Eddie -
Ok, now try the top speed and see if you can last a minute without falling off.

Scott looks on nervously..

Scott -
I dunno Eddie. It doesn't look 100% sa...

Eddie -
Don't complain just get on there.

Scott reluctantly gets on the machine and is nearly thrown off it as it starts, he gets a stride going..

After four minutes Eddie swings his arm and it connects with Scott chest, he flys off the treadmill on his back and on the back of his head. Scott holds the back of his head and stands up.

Eddie -
Reflexes..

Stamina!

Eddie is holding a skipping rope, he hands it to Scott.

Eddie -
Ok, now we're using stamina. Skip with this rope fast for ten minutes.

Scott -
I don't see you doing any hard work.

Eddie -
If I wanted complaints I would have ask for them, drop and give me ten!

Scott obeys and does the press-ups, he tands back up.

Eddie -
On your marks, set go!


Scott starts skipping rapidly.

Ten minutes later.

Scott -
How long now?

Eddie looks at his watch.

Eddie -
Five minutes.

Five minutes later.

Eddie -
Ok you can stop now.

Scott is drenched in sweat.

Strength!

Eddie and Scott are standing near the weights.

Eddie -
Ok, man, nearly done. This is strength as you've probably realised by now... or not. Now I want you do lift his as many times as you can.

Scott -
Dude, they're massive, how much do they weigh?

Eddie -
Don't ask just do it!

Scott gets into position.

Man these are really heavy.

Just do it!

Thats it man, Im done.

Scott gets off the weights.

[b]Eddie -
You did pretty well there man.

Scott -
Thanks.

Eddie -
Man you stink, go get a shower.

They head back towards the changing rooms. Suddenly, Eddie lashes out with his elbow at the stomach of Scott but Scott catches Eddie's elbow and trips him up.

Eddie -
What the hell was that for?

Scott -
Reflexes..

Damn... That's a very very nice RP you have there! Should have an awesome match on our hands, what with mine being up too. Looking forward to the actual match, because I'm not certain that I've got the win now!!
