- WWE developmental talent KC James defeated Colt Cabana at Wednesday night's OVW TV tapings to win the OVW TV Title. Also in action at the tapings were Matt Sydal, Katie Lea, Vladimir Kozlov and Paul Burchill among others.

- There is backstage talk within WWE that Carlito gave his notice to the company last week sometime. Reports say Carlito and WWE management aren't seeing eye to eye and the RAW superstar has been disappointed with the past year in general. It's believed he will continue to work dates in the coming weeks before he is done with the company.

- Illinois congressman Rep. Bobby Rush of the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee said he plans to convene the hearing no the use of performance-enhancing drugs in baseball and other sports when Congress returns from its winter recess early in 2008. Professional wrestling is one of those "other sports" that are expected to be looked into.

What's he gonna do, co back to WWC and get his fathers promotions world title again? Thats like Paris Hilton going to the Hilton Hotel and not having to pay for a room... We all know your dad owns it!

IMO the big mistake was Carlito's gimmick. He's basically Razor Ramon V2.. same cuban accent, same bad attitude gimmick.

he was getting good reractions when he was a face with torrie on his arm he could have even taken the IC a few times feuding with morrison...

Him leaving is HIS own fault. You get booked cause you show you care about the product, thats why they put him with Flair and even THAT didn't work... Carlito is unhappy cause they are not using him they way HE wnats to be used... remember he's used to being the big shot in control at daddy's WWC. Vince gives pushes to those that prove they deserve it...

Hardy's, MPV, Kennedy, Cade & Murdock etc all show they have improved and have gotten better on the mic since they came in or came back. IMO chuck palumbo is very boring and he's taken Biker bad ass gimmick from Taker and made it lame. even having McCool on his side is still boring.

Cartlito did this to himself not the other way around, but remember i'm not a huge carlito mark, never have been...

-- As reported last night, it is rumored that WWE RAW superstar Carlito gave his notice to management last week. Nothing has been confirmed by World Wrestling Entertainment, but many of Carlito's colleagues believe this to be the case. In the past the RAW superstar has worked with TNA writer Dutch Mantel; therefore TNA should not be ruled out as a future option.

=I did like Carlito back in the time when I used to watch RAW. He can put on a good match when we wants to. An personally, I wouldn't mind TNA bringing him in to the X Division, as part of LAX perhaps, and maybe getting rid of some dead weight....Nash, Hall, VKM, Black Reign(great character, but clearly he's past it in the ring,which goes for Nash and Hall too). Also less Kurt segments, we don't need as much of them as we get.

Still, the roster is a bit packed now, so perhaps a little later down the line, when LAX have completed their transformation of sorts...a stroyline between Carly and LAX could practically write itself.
