Valentine Vendetta is coming up, and it’s gonna be one hell of an event.

This Sunday at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, WcE will host a night filled with unforgettable matches.

Starting with the dark match…

Bonny will meet Steele. For those of you who have been following this, it’s two sides claiming completely different things. The problem here is that the lovely Yellow Rose is being looked at as a prize, and personally I don’t think that’s right. But then again, it IS causing these two men to hold one hell of a grudge against each other, and that’ll make for one great fight. So who am I to judge?

Onto the event itself. The first match sees the TV title on the line, as Nate Blake faces Chris Canon. The cocky Brit versus the cocky American. These two guys have been able to put on great matches in the past couple of weeks, and I think this will be no exception. If anything, it’ll give us an even more impressive performance from both these guys, whose, let’s be honest, giant egos won’t permit them to lose a Pay per View match.

Next up we have an Xtreme Ladder match. Zack Evermore will be facing a surprise opponent. Now I’ve gotten the chance to talk to Zack backstage, who’s a great guy by the way (if just a tad… eccentric), and he told me that he will be looking to spice up his match at VV since it’s his first big WcE PPV. I don’t know if he’ll be trying to change the stipulations or add something to the match, but for the past weeks Evermore has been consistent in exciting the fans, so I’m fairly sure if he says the PPV match will be special, it WILL be special.

Scott Jones and Thomas Williams of the JESTers get another shot at Tag Team gold as they face the champions, Jack and Jake, the Bar Room Brawlers. Now, they’ve just recently racked up a win against the BRB after a series of defeats. Personally, I think that is because while Scott Jones is a talented and gifted Tag Team wrestler, Williams was new to wrestling with Scott as a partner, and possibly as a tag team at all. That coupled with the fact that the BRB are a legendary team and of course that’s a big hill to climb. But with a recent win racked up against the BRB, The JESTers might be going into this thing with renewed confidence. Then again, signs point to this match being a Bar Room Brawl, which is a specialty of the BRB of course. Make of that what you will.

Orion and DeMarco versus Samson and a Mystery Partner, the second match of the night that will have a mystery wrestler in it. Samson of course a huge favorite of the fans, but with Orion and DeMarco recently having patched things up, I certainly hope Samson knows what he’s getting into, for his sake. This is a grudge match of sorts, so I’ve no doubt we’ll see some spectacular effort from both camps. Long time WCE fans will get a kick out of this one for certain.

Edward Freeze is known for many things, and one of them is his “Freeze in Hell” quote. That might just be the case for his opponent when he faces James “DeathTrap” Whitman in an Ice-Box Casket match. One hell of a main event, if you ask me.
Will Whitman be able to recapture the gold in a blaze of stunning upset, or will Freeze solidify his status as the big man on the top of the frozen mountain? Only time will tell, and the fact of the matter is, this match will be insane.

So, with just a few days left until Valentine Vendetta, who do YOU think will win in these matches? One thing’s for sure, while it may be an old and overused phrase, I truly believe the fans will be the big winners in the end.

For WcE online this has been Fillmore. Catch you at the Vendetta!
