Cena outta the title picture pleases me, because it's half the reason his character became stale. Keep him away from the belt until SummerSlam sorta time and I'll be even happier. It'd add new life to a character who seemingly revolves around the title.

Undertaker vs Edge is like the what... millionth... time we've seen that match. Give it a gimmick already!

John Morrison and The Miz have impressed me no bounds with there growth as egotistical pretty boys and their mic work has really came along as a result. Putting them against Kane and CM Punk seems lke very TNA style booking, but I like it provided it's used infrequently.

As for Y2J vs HBK, we've seen it before and it was a cracker. Hopefully management give them the time to put on another great match.

That's my thoughts so far... More coming as more matches get announced...

My Predictions:

Triple H vs. Randy Orton
HHH vs. Orton. Wow, another repeat. I've seen these two go at it more times than Colin Delaney has hit the floor. Randy Orton claiming that 'The age of Orton' is just begining, though he lost his WWE Championship to Triple H. Its being played in a steel cage which may add some sort of excitment into this match but still none the less very predictable. I've seen Triple H be in all types of matches from cages to laders but I have maybe once seen Orton be in 'extreme conditions'. So Triple H for me, not the fact that he has been in cage matches before but the fact that Triple H just won the title and has got the boost he needed.

Undertaker vs Edge
Like the HHH vs. Orton one, I've seen this a million times. Its just getting boring and stale and needs a twist. Undertaker just won the title 2 months ago and has been in this storyline where he lost it. This would be the prefect chance for Edge to regain the title though. But once again I cant see Taker losing it so soon after such a 'shock' on SmackDown. I can see Chavo interfering in the match, since he hasn't been named ina match yet but my moneys on Taker.

John Morrison & The Miz vs. Kane & CM Punk
This is one of the best matches on paper that I've seen for a while. Tag-team champions who are both former ECW main-eventers fighting agaist the 2 biggest names in ECW. This should really be a great match to watch. Morrison and Miz has been used as Jobbers recently agianst big names like Y2J and Michaels and even against Kane and Taker. Morrison and Miz really need a push because they have great characters and they also have good mic skills. I think if Chavo doesn't interfer with the Taker, Edge match he will in this one. All round Im putting my money on Morriosn and Miz. I can't see Kane and CM Punk winning the teag team titles because they both are main-eventers and ECW needs them in the main event matches and if Morriosn and Miz lost the titles, where would they go?

Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels
Jericho and Michaels are both great wrestlers. They always entertain, no matter what match it is. The whole storyline of Michaels being injured is a little boring but when you see two great wrestlers fight each other, its got to be good. Jericho hasn't really featured in a big match since the MITB match. Yes he is Intercontinental Champ, but he has only defended it once or twice. Its obvious that now Y2J needs a push. Then on the other hand we have HBK, who has ended Flair's career and beat Batista. Injured or not, he is on fire. This is probably the toughest one to pick from next to the Cena vs. JBL one. Im going with HBK as much I hate to go against Jericho. Just because he has been on fire recently and I can't see them stopping this roll against Jericho.

JBL vs. John Cena
Interesting. We have the self proclaimed 'Wrestling God' against the self proclaimed 'Actor'. This is a real tough one to pick. John Cena's Royal Rumble return was pretty good for him but was over-shadowed because he didnt win the WWE Championship. JBL's return to wrestling really sent a strong message to WWE superstars. He slaughtered Jericho and has been looked as a 'powerful' wrestler when he fights jobbers. I think Cena needs a push more than JBL does, but then again JBL needs to retain 'owe' he has. Im picking Cena as much as I hate him.

They kind of do, when Vickie banned Taker's triangle choke hold. You know Vickie will put in, if he uses it, he gets disqualified and Edge will the champ. That BS.

This PPV is pretty predictable.

HHH, Taker, Kane/Punk(gives Punk something to do until theres a heel champion, get him away from this jobbing sh*t, when he has the MITB.), Cena. Plus, I'm going to throw in Raw tag championship, Holly/Rhodes vs Carlito and Santino.

Miz is, at best, a mid-carder, just because he had one main event doesn't make him a main-eventer. I don't think he would ever be a main-eventer. He's not that impressive in the ring, and he's not that great on the mic.

Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels - Only for an above fued if it is actually going to happen!!! Triple H V Shawn Michaels at Summerslam anyone? lol, would be good though!! But with these 2 old timers, it probably wont due to injurys. Thing with WWE is, things change all the time!

I wish Kane would stop being mr genorisity and accept a push that WWE want to give him, first of me seeing him in a long time, and on that card makes me guess he's running the subsitute stables?

- While Orton still needs a rematch, this match is just getting tiring and boring after every single one they have. This is exactly why Regal needs to be in the Main Event scene, because every single thing they have going on there is crap. There is no spice and there is no change, it's just the stupid Age of Orton thing again, they have nothing else to feud over? I say have this match, have HHH regain his title (simply because I don't want to see another re-match between these two for about two years) and kick him off into a feud with Regal.



World Heavyweight Championship
Undertaker vs Edge

Want to win: I don't care
Will win: Undertaker

- I'm at the point of totally not caring about this match, I don't watch Smackdown, hell I don't even know who the champion is! This has been done so many times over that you can't keep track with anything, this is even more old than the HHH/Orton feud, and I wish it would end after this match, but the thing is, they don't have anyone else over there, except Batista, that can mix things up, this is why I wanted to move HBK to SD. HBK vs. Batista has worked before and it will work again in due time. HBK vs. Undertaker would really be something special, those two with a World Title feud could work wonders if I'm being honest. As for HBK vs. Edge, epic anyone? Those two could really work well in promos and matches and it would just make an excellent feud.

John Morrison & The Miz vs. Kane & CM Punk

Want to win: Morrison and Miz
Will win: Kane and CM Punk

- This is so stupid it isn't even true. Morrison and Miz are great champions, and I just know that Kane and Punk are going to win, it is stupid as hell, Punk and Kane should be feuding not teaming up together. I tell you what should be happening, Punk should do this storyline in the near future, because it's brilliant, Punk should turn heel, because that is what he is amazing at, he should be a corporate Champion, by that I mean he should team up with McMahon, Vince or Shane, maybe even Regal, to bend some decisions in his favour, stariting by screwing Kane over... It would be better if this was on RAW and he was screwing John Cena or something because that would make him the best heel known to man. This storyline has worked so well for the likes of HHH, it would work great for CM Punk too.

- This match is great, and I think it will be a match that goes down in the history books as one of the most technically sound wrestling matches ever, the feud is terrific and is done very well, both can perform terrific promo's, in-ring and out, and I think that this should be a one-off match, it's that good it doesn't need to be spoiled by doing it over and over again, enter HHH/Orton and Undertaker/Edge.

JBL vs. John Cena

Want to win: Don't Care.
Will win: John Cena

- I haven't followed this feud at all, with my birthday and SATs Exams, but I think Cena will win.

- Haven't followed this, but I hope Melina gets it back and dye's her hair brown again, she is hideous at the moment.

Mark Henry has been pushed as much as he could. He isn't really a big name and wouldn't even get the push he has got if WWE had some 'good' wrestlers. Big Show will have to win this one!

- God, the WWE are full of these at the moment, Show/Khali was utterly dreadful in my books, one of the worst wrestling matches ever, so boring. This will not be different, I don't see why Show has to wrestle these giants and try to carry them through a match, would you ask Shakespear to play Scrabble? Show should be wrestling (and maybe, putting over) some of the smaller, younger guys, Show could turn heel and have some David vs. Goliath fueds, we all know it's going to happen when Mysterio comes back, Show did take "him out" of action.


OVERALL:

- With the exception of Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels, this card looks like a pile of crap, if I do watch this, which is still in doubt, I will miss the two main events and the Henry/Show match (I watch the show online). WWE have a great roster and could be doing terrific feuds but they fail to realise that they have to mix things up abit because no-one wants to see a card that is virtually the same as the last one, with the WHC match, WWE championship match and the Big Show vs. Random Giant matches being boring and vitually the same. They need to stop repeating themselves they need to do something new and fresh, something that won't bore people and something that will change history, because that is the way forwards and the WWE are going round in circles.

I want to see Kane and CM punk win these belts. Then i'd like to see Punk cash in on Kane after the match but I doubt it.

HBK will win this.. he better god damn it. I'm a huge HBK fan.. as much as I like Y2J. HBK will be the winner. wait what am I saying Batista will get involved and put HBK down on the ground. Y2J just might walk away the winner.

Singles Match
JBL vs. John Cena

Cena better win this match i'm so sick of JBL.. why doesn't JBL just retire and go to wallstreet where he belongs.

WWE Women's Championship
Mickie James vs. Melina vs. Beth Pheonix

I see the Glamazon walking away with the title she has what it takes to be one of the best Womens champion.

Big Show vs. Mark Henry

Big Show will win this match.. I'd like to see him move on to the Undertaker and see a battle for the title. or maybe Batista vs Show vs Undertaker
