I think King Regal will become champ by the end of the summer.
With CM Punk trading loses with Matt Hardy and THE MIZ, I dont see CM Punk using his MITB shot til November or so.
King Regal has become the biggest heel on Raw in just under a month.

Hate to say it, but I cant actually see King Regal become champion. CM Punk is on the right path with the MITB, so he gets my vote!

Ahem, I think you are forgetting all the things Regal has done for the WWE. The training, the backstage work etc.
I love Punk and all, but Regal is just better.
Regal as a heel = Gold
Punk as a heel = Equally as Gold.
And Punk is a face.

And I'm saying WWE is well known for rewarding the people that work very hard backstage and are passionate, e.g. Shawn Michaels.

Their is a massive difference with Michaels and Regal. I'm not saying you're comparing the two but Michaels has always been a big name in the WWE, while Regal hasn't always been a big name. Eventually he will get rewarded but after CM Punk for sure!
Wouldn't it be good to see. CM Punk vs. Regal for the Number 1 contender spot!

Going back to the difference between Michaels and Regal.... isn't that exactly the kind of thing between Regal and Punk... Punk has been there longer, he is getting more over in a short space of time and Punk has been jobbing so much, including to Regal, Punk isn't ready for a World Title reign, unless he turns heel and makes a corporate champion ie HHH.

Yes, I do agree with you saying Punk isn't ready for a World Title shot but so isn't Regal for that matter. I say Regal is more of an Intercontinental Championship man than a WWE Championship. Both need a massive push for them to achieve a shot at the World Title!

Am I really the only person that sees this Regal push equaling Bradshaw's push into JBL?

Regal has always had a snobbish king reputation. He may get a push soon but it wont change who he is, unlike Bradshaw...

Well i would have put money on Regal being champ first but now i am not sure as he is suspended, i think if he is kept at the stage he was when he got suspended then he will still be champ before Punk, i think punk will get the belt at the rumble and lose it at No Way Out, it will be a foil for a huge Mania match.
