Description of wrestler- The Executioner has long black hair (HHH length) tied in a tight pony tail, white skined, clean shaved, wears a black eye mask, built like scott steiner, on the top half of his body he wears leather straps that go diagnally from each shoulder to the waist (left shoulder to right side of waist, right shoulder to left side of waist) and one that goes across the middle of his chest. he wears black tights and black boots, with punishment written in dark red on both legs. he wears long black studded gloves.
Alignment- 100% heel
Hometown- new york city (but for the gimmick unknown)
Theme music - darth vader theme from star wars (sorry dont know the acctual title)
Wrestling style- power/hardcore
Describe entrance- lights go out and it is all pitch black, 5 seconds later dark red lights illuminate the venue, music hits and out walks The Executioner slowly laughing at the crowed taunting the cut throat. He wears a black cape to the ring.
Name of finisher- Capital Punishment
Description of finisher- The Executioner sits on the top rope with feet on the second rope, puts opponent head in between legs, and lifts into the power bomb position raises to his feet on the second rope and BANG slambs the opponent down to the middle of the ring, imediatley steps up to the top rope and delivers a big splash.

R/P - The Executioner arrives at his first WcE event, as he arrives at the door a young man no older than 17 asks for his autograph, The Executioner stands and stares at the young boy and out of nowhere hits the young boy with a hard right hand, throws him against the corridor wall, and back aginst the opposite wall and again back onto the right side of the wall, untill the boy helplessly slides down the wall to the floor, where he is then powerbomed on the cold concrete, as The Executioner stands straight he notices the camera behind him he looks deep down the lens, and says " you see this..... YOU SEE THIS (shouting) i can do anything i want, and there aint a thing anyone can do about it becuase..... this is WcE and i can destroy anything i want whenever i want, be it superstar, referee, manager, boss, fan, be it man or be it woman, you are all MINE (starts to laugh) and nothing can stop me and soon ....(stops laughing and shouts) YOU WILL ALL HAVE YOUR TIME TO RECIEVE YOUR PUNISHMENT! camera fades
