Name of Wrestler: Jake “The Wild Thing” Brooks
Age: 24 years old
Height: 6 foot 2
Weight: 201lbs (not to sure about weight, open to suggestions!)
Description of Wrestler: He generally has a rough but cool appearance; he has a light beard and long, rough blonde hair which is pulled back into a loose pony-tail, of which rests on his back. Although he’s short in comparison he is of a wide muscular build with well toned and visible muscles. He wears tights that sit just above the knee area; they are Black with Red flame-like shapes down the sides. He usually wears a white vest with “Wild Thing” written on the back; with the union jack on the front and “Best of British” written under it.
Alignment: Face
Hometown: Peterborough, England
Theme Music: Wild Thing (obviously) by the Troggs.
Describe Entrance: The music plays and the roaring of the cheers echoes through the huge stadium. Wild Thing enters the crowd blow the lid up off the roof; he stands valiantly at the top of the titatron and Launches his right arm in the air; the fireworks shoot up through the air simultaneously. He now jogs down the titatron slapping the hands of the adoring public as he goes, once in the ring he visits each of the four turnbuckles and claps the crowd. After he has done this he stands and waits for his opponent.
Name of Finisher: The Wild Thing Brainbuster
Description of Finisher: Wild Thing gives the opponent a boot in the stomach and grips him/her. He then raises them in to Goldberg’s Jackhammer position and brings their head crashing down to the mat.
Move List:
1. Suplex,
2. German Suplex,
3. Flapjack,
4. Judo Throws,
5. Diving Leg drop (from top rope),
6. Downwards Spiral,
7. Wild Thing Spinebuster (same as regular but with more force),
8. Powerslam Pin,
9. Spear (however it would be converted to look more like a rugby tackle.),
10. Armbar.
Wrestlers Bio: His huge talent for wrestling was discovered at a local competition in his hometown, where a top American Wrestling coach picked him up. He was told if he worked hard and gave 110% every time he stepped into the ring, he would make it to the top and become a World Champion. Fuelled on this dream he did exactly that, but has still not achieved his Championship Gold…
Sample Role-play: < Two large men can be seen talking in a backstage hallway; they both seem to be intrigued in their topic of convocation and spoke in nothing more than a whisper.>
Male 1: hey I heard that there could be a new guy joining the federation, I think his name is um…Jake Brooks, yeah Jake Brooks that’s it.
Male 2: yeah I heard he’s supposed to be coming to this Federation, I wonder what he’ll be like, Do you think he’ll make it?, to the Championship belt that is...
Male 1: Well apparently he seems to think so; he must think he’s something special if he thinks he’s gonna’ waltz in and take the title. There are far more talented wrestlers in this industry!
Male 2: Well I like him…
< Jake appears at the end of the hallway and glares at the first male, he then swiftly travels down there same hallway and passes them without a flicker.
Male 2: I…I...Think that was him, he looked so focused it was weird, he’s defiantly got something about him…
Male 1: Well I hate him already, what an a*shole!
<Wild Thing is later approached by a reporter for Wce Weekly, he agrees to be interviewed.>
Interviewer: How do you feel knowing that you could soon become part of the WcE Roster?
Jake Brooks: Great, thanks I really looking forward to it. I’m also really looking forward to beating the hell out of the WcE’s bad guys, they think they’re so tough just because they act ruthlessly; well I’m one nice guy who isn’t about to finish last!
Interviewer: And what makes you think that you can do this? They aren’t exactly push-overs…
Jake Brooks: I know I can do this, I bust my ass every day just to try and get into this Federation and I’ll be dammed if some big-headed buffoon is going to stop me! I came into this business to win, and that I will do.
Interviewer: Well thanks for your time, Jake it’s been a pleasure.
Jake Brooks: No problem, just one final message though. Listen up guys I WILL win the championship gold and there’s not a soul who can stop me, don’t let me have to show you how I got my name, “Wild Thing”.
